Modules
Participation in the Associate Program, via the three modules CONNEX, CONVALUE, and CONEQUITY, is voluntary. The seven levels of the participation program do not establish an organizational hierarchical order among participants but rather reflect the extent of their participation in the company’s capital.
Participation in the CONVALUE program module—and thus the Associate Principal and Principal levels—is granted to colleagues who, through their performance and ability, make an above-average contribution to business success, assume responsibility with tireless dedication, and serve as role models by embodying our shared values.
